Our PROCESS

We start by interviewing our clients about their business and any immediate concerns they may have. After analysing all available information, we provide them with a detailed report covering areas of risk exposure that warrant insurance consideration. This report is tailored for each client and details available types of cover and why we recommend them. We utilise a variety of resources including our highly-qualified internal team and our network within the International market to adequately address the specific needs of every individual. We then discuss the report with our clients and negotiate with underwriters for our recommended cover at the best possible price. 

Our involvement does not stop at cover issuance; we provide our clients with full claim recovery support, including assisting in the preparation of documentation, coordinating with loss adjustors and negotiating with the underwriter. We also provide professional consultation for all our clients for whatever queries they may have, at any time.
